Ingredients

  • Olive oil (1 glass of water minus 2 fingers)
  • Garlic (3 or 4 cloves of garlic)
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 ripe and peeled tomato (not too big)
  • 1 chopped ñora pepper
  • 3 or 4 pepper balls
  • 3 cloves
  • Saffron
  • ½ glass of red wine wine
  • 3 kg. of octopus (chopped)

Preparation

Take a pot and put the olive oil in first and then all the raw ingredients, add a little water and first over a high heat and then over a low heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour approximately. Taste the octopus and when it is done, turn it off.
