Ingredients
- White fish: 2 pieces more or less of ½ kg. of whiting or forkbeard.
- 1/2 kg. of crabs
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 carrots
- ½ onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Fine beans (optional)
- salt and water
Elaboration
Boil all the chopped vegetables and a little oil; When it is almost done, add the fish and let it cook for about 7 minutes.
It can be served in 2 ways:
- we serve the vegetables and the fish in a tray and from the broth we can make some noodles.
- We serve the fish and vegetables along with the broth.
