• White fish: 2 pieces more or less of ½ kg. of whiting or forkbeard.
  • 1/2 kg. of crabs
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • ½ onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Fine beans (optional)
  • salt and water


Boil all the chopped vegetables and a little oil; When it is almost done, add the fish and let it cook for about 7 minutes.

It can be served in 2 ways:

  • we serve the vegetables and the fish in a tray and from the broth we can make some noodles.
  • We serve the fish and vegetables along with the broth.
