Ingredients
- 4 medium black octopus
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- ½ kilo of chickpeas
- 4 spoonfuls of colouring
- 6 stalks
- 3 carrots
- 1 turnip
- 1 parsnip
- 1 piece of cabbage
- 2 potatoes
- 1 sweet potato
Preparation
Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours beforehand.
It is advisable to freeze the octopus 2 or 3 days before making the stew.
Cook everything raw, except the potatoes and sweet potato, which are added later.
