• 2 eggs
  • 250gr. sugar
  • 1 glass of milk
  • ½ sachet Royal baking powder
  • 250gr. flour
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Curly paper moulds
  • Sugar and cinnamon (mixed) for decoration


Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, and beat the egg whites until stiff.

Add the sugar little by little without stopping to beat, add the egg yolks and the milk, continue mixing, then add the oil and the lemon zest and beat well.

Mix the yeast with the flour, add it to the dough and mix.

Fill the moulds, always with about 1 cm. left to fill them completely, as it then rises; once the moulds are full, put the sugar and cinnamon mixture in the middle and put it in the oven, which has been previously heated to 180º, for about 20-25 minutes.
