• 1 kg. peeled and chopped quinces
  • 1 kg. of sugar
  • Juice of 2 lemons


Boil the quince in a saucepan with half a glass of water for 15 minutes, stirring constantly, and then add 1 kg. of sugar and the juice of 2 lemons, stirring constantly (so that it does not stick and taking care not to burn because it splashes a lot) for 10 minutes over a low heat.

Blend the mixture with a blender and put it in containers to dry.
