Coca paste

  • 45 grams yeast
  • ½ kg. Of flour
  • Water (a glass approx.)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Elaboration

Place the flour in a container, add the water with the dissolved yeast and the oil until a homogeneous dough is formed. Let it rest until the dough rises.

It is kneaded again and it is spread in a rectangular mold that is thin, we put the salt on top and a little olive oil on top, it is put in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Coca from Mullador

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Elaboration

Sauté all the chopped vegetables together with the garlic and salt.

Place the flour in a container, add the water with the dissolved yeast and the oil until a homogeneous dough is formed. Let it rest until the dough rises.

It is kneaded again and spreads in a rectangular mold that is thin, the softener is poured on top of the paste until it is covered.

Put in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
