Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 400gr rice
  • fish broth
  • 1Kg of cuttlefish or sepionets
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 sachet of ink
  • Saffron and a ñora

Elaboration

Clean the sepionets or cuttlefish, cut them into pieces. Chop the garlic and onion, peel the tomatoes and crush them.
Put oil in a paella pan and fry the chopped garlic and onion, the crushed tomatoes, the cuttlefish or sepionets, the ñora, the saffron and the ink, finally add the rice and turn all the ingredients, add the fish broth so that it covers the rice and cook for about 20 minutes.
