Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ kilo of sugar
  • ½ kilo of flour
  • 1 glass of oil
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 4 lemonades (4 white and 4 blue envelopes)
  • Lemon zest
  • Cinnamon

Elaboration

The egg whites are beaten until stiff and we add the sugar, the yolks, the oil, the milk, 4 white envelopes, the lemon zest, the cinnamon, every time we add an ingredient we beat until it is well mixed.

Then add the flour to the dough and once well beaten, put the blue envelopes.

Place baking paper on a baking tray with the high edges and then add the dough, sprinkle it with sugar and cinnamon and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200º and lower the temperature to 175º approx. about 35 minutes.

The oven must be on from the moment we start preparing the dough.
