Prepare the filling: minced meat with lemon zest, a little black pepper, salt, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs and 2 eggs and mix everything.

Once the filling is prepared, take the squid and empty the bags to put the filling in, so that the filling does not come out, close it with a toothpick.

When the squids are already stuffed, put the squid, peas, onion, tomato, carrot, 2 bay leaves, two tablespoons of oil and water in a pot and cook for one hour.
