Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 1/2 kg. of cod
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 grated tomato
  • Garlic and parsley
  • 1/4 kg. cauliflower
  • 400 gr. of rice
  • Saffron
  • Olive oil

Preparation

Desalt the cod and crumble it. Fry the pieces of cod and set aside. Sauté the onion, tomato, garlic and parsley. Then add the cauliflower pieces and fry them. Add the saffron and the rice, fry a little and finally add the hot water (two and a half parts water to one part rice) and sprinkle the cod crumbs on top.
