• ½ kg. of pork ribs
  • 1 kg. of tender broad beans
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • Sweet red pepper
  • Parsley
  • olive oil
  • Salt


First sauté the onion and then the ribs, add the beans, stirring them, add the sausage and cover the pot.

When they are "sacsades" add parsley, salt, sweet red paprika and a little water, put it on the lowest setting until the beans are done.

Leave to stand for at least one hour.
