Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of pumpkin
  • ½ kilo of flour
  • 60 grams yeast
  • Lemon zest
  • Cinnamon
  • olive and sunflower oil

Elaboration

Peel the pumpkin and cook

Once cooked, it crumbles very finely, then it is mixed with the flour and yeast, the lemon zest and the cinnamon, mix everything well and a fine dough is left.

Put oil in the frying pan over high heat and add the dough rolls that will be fried with very hot oil.
