• 6 eggs
  • ½ liter of milk
  • ¼ liter of oil
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 400 grams flour
  • 200 grams ground almond with skin
  • 4 lemonades (4 white and 4 blue envelopes)


Turn on the oven while preparing the dough.

Put the eggs together with the sugar in a fairly large bowl and beat. Add the milk, the oil and the 4 white lemonades.

Stir enough and add the flour and the ground almonds until a homogeneous mass remains.

Finally, add the blue lemonades and shake vigorously.

Place baking paper on a baking tray with high edges, add the dough and bake for 15 minutes at 200º and 20 to 25 minutes at 175º.
