Ingredients
For the mass
- 1 glass of oil
- 1 and a half glass of homemade
- A little bit of salt
- Flour that admits
For the filling
- 1kg Green peas
- 3 spring onions
- 3 eggs
- 1 large can of tuna
Elaboration
Sauté the onion, and add the peas and the can of tuna, all over low heat. After 10 minutes, add a little broth and when the peas are tender, add the eggs.
Let it cool.
With the dough, make small balls that are flattened, filled and given the shape of empanadillas, put in the oven at 180º until they are golden.
