• 12 mantis shrimp
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • Paprika
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 ¼ cups of water


Fry the bread until golden brown and 3 cloves of garlic, put everything aside in a mortar and pestle and crush.

Sauté the tomatoes with the other 3 cloves of garlic cut into slices.

Sauté the mantis shrimp with the tomato sauce, then sprinkle with paprika, turn once and set aside.

Put the tomato sauce with the mantis shrimp and the pestle and mortar in a casserole on the heat, salt it and bring to the boil for about fifteen minutes.

Before serving, add one egg per person and when they set in the soup, it is ready to serve.

NOTE: You can add some fine noodles to taste.
