• 12 eggs
  • 375 grams ground almonds
  • 375 grams of sugar
  • Lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons royal yeast


Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip them until stiff, then add the yolks, the sugar, the ground almonds, the lemon zest, the flour and then the yeast.

Put in a 12-person oven bowl lined with paper or greased with butter, and bake in a hot oven: 180º degrees for about 45 minutes, but check depending on the oven.
