Ingredients

  • 1 liter of water
  • 4 lemons
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Sugar

Elaboration

Put the water with the zest of the 4 lemons in a container, cut the lemons into pieces and drain them in the water, and put the lemons to soak for about 30 minutes, so that the water picks up the flavour.

Once this time has passed, burnt sugar is prepared (it can be burnt or white) and we add it to the water with lemon and we add the cinnamon stick.

Strain it and put it in the freezer.
