La Cubana arrives at the Auditori Casa de Cultura Jaume Pastor to present its new show, with its French-inflected title: *La cuisine de ma cousine*. It is a "culinary melodrama"—crafted in the signature style of La Cubana—that invites us into the world of gastronomy. Drawing on the company’s classic repertoire—humor, music, songs, vibrant color, rhythm, surprises, audience participation, and, in this instance, a strong local connection—they will immerse us in the "gastronomic madness" that has gripped us all in recent times.
It is a madness driven not only by a desire to eat well and savor "bite-sized" delicacies, but also by the urge to "show off"—to ensure everyone knows exactly what we are eating and where we are eating it.
For a few days, the Auditori will become the epicenter of global gastronomy.
And that is all we can reveal for now…
